Ordering:
When ordering a product, please supply all the information requested on the on-line Secure Order Form.

Shipping:
Charges will be included at the time of shipping.  Unless otherwise specified, you will be billed the published rates from UPS or US Postal Service. (Insurance may apply) A processing fee of $4.00 will be added to each order. We ship by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If your order must be shipped by one and not the other please inform us. Your total charge for shipping plus the $4.00 processing fee will be at least $8.85 depending on the weight and size the shipping price may be more.

Terms:
Preferred payment is by Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard or American Express.   Money Orders or Certified Bank Checks in "U.S. Dollars" are accepted with mail-in orders.

Prices:
Prices are subject to change.  If our price is different than the price you entered on the Order Form you will be notified before we process your order.  A 7% sales tax charge will apply to all Indiana orders. Tax exemption will apply only to companies who have submitted to Heeters Performance Center, Inc. a completed Form ST-105 (Indiana General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate).

International Orders:
Payment for international orders will be in "U.S. Dollars" only.  All orders must be prepaid by money order, certified bank check, Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard or American Express. All international orders are shipped by USPS Express Mail International in accordance with each country's customs requirements. This method will cost more but is faster and offers tracking and insurance.

Warranty:
Heeters Performance Center, Inc.  makes no warranty as to the product distributed by us, expressed or implied.  This includes, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.  Any manufactures written warranty will be included with your purchase.  Heeters Performance Center, Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Returns & Cancellations:
Returned products will be accepted only after an authorized RMA number has been obtained by the customer not more than 30 days after the date of purchase.  Returns must be sent pre-paid in unused (NEW) condition.  C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.  Restocking fee will apply.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Electrical components, carburetors, jets, manuals and compact discs may not be returned.

Privacy Policy:
Any information supplied to us by you will not be sold or given to anyone. It will be used solely by Heeters Performance Center, Inc. to help serve you.
