- Engine Boring and Honing for 2 and 4 stroke cylinders. Boring
capacity 1.5 to 4.25 inches. $65.00 per cylinder. Bring or ship your
cylinder(s) to us for boring. After taking precise measurements we will determine
what size piston kit is needed. You may choose from and O.E.M. piston kit or an
after market kit such as Wiseco (preferred). Enclose all the information requested
on our on-line Order Form with your cylinder(s). Total cost
will be $65.00 for boring, honing (and port chamfering for 2 strokes), plus the cost of
the piston kit, plus $4.00 packaging and handling fee, plus insurance and freight
charges which will be included at the time of shipping. You will be billed the
published rates from UPS, RPS, or US Postal Service.
